Making Appointments

 

*Scheduling appointments 

•Scheduling an appointment requires a cash deposit (50-100 depending upon the quote of the tattoo and individual artist instructions) deposits will come off the final price of your tattoo but is nonrefundable at all. 

• You must call the shop to speak to some one or you can email us at tattoos316@gmail.com . you can also message your artist before paying the deposit to see what there minimum deposit to pay is for that particuler tattoo.
• Changing your tattoo design, day of the appointment will result in loss of your deposit and can result in you being resceduled.

• Deposits can be paid via Pay pal here..

•If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give us a two day ahead Notice. Or you will lose your deposite

 

* Underage requirements
• release form (filled out and notarized day of the tattoo or body piercing) that you can paick up from us or click link below to print

•Both IDs For parent / or gardien and minor getting work done (School Ids are not accepted) we accept drivers license, learners permit , Kansas State ID, military ID, passport
•Birth certificate
• Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the appointment.
